Anchor Handling Team Training
This course can be run with the most complete crew possible. This allows representatives of all groups on board to participate, from navigators to engineers and deck crew from the same shift. Participation is managed so that a mix consisting of a minimum number of navigators and engineers participates to achieve the desired training effect.
The course contains training and simulator-based exercises on Anchor Handling Operation and Team Performance focusing on team work, collaboration, communication, understanding of roles and best practice. This course aims to reduce the risk of accidents with focus on casualty prevention and human error. The simulator environment contributes to a realistic operational and team training environment.
