The course contains training and exercises on Plattform Supply Vessel Operation and Team Performance focusing on team work, collaboration, communication, understanding of roles and best practice. Operational guidelines and relevant theory are used in order to strengthen the crew’s competence towards safe and efficient operations.

Human factors causes account for approximately 80% of accidents. This course aims is to reduce the risk of accidents with focus on casualty prevention and human error. The simulator environment contributes to a realistic operational and team training environment.
