The course contains training and exercises on Offshore Wind and Team Performance focusing on team work, collaboration, communication, understanding of roles and best practice. This course aims is to reduce the risk of accidents with focus on casualty prevention and human error. The simulator environment contributes to a realistic operational and team training environment.

The course is based on IMO Model Course 1.22, Ship Simulator and bridge teamwork.
